Who the hell says the kaplan final is easier..??? I made a TS-22, lower on the final compared to the other 4 tests

Seriously how did anyone think it was easy, I thought the gchem was hard as hell, as usual.

Also people said the real dat is a lot harder than kaplan's final?

Have they changed it in the last 3 months?
I got a 22 on it without studying (30 on QR which sort of messes everything up but still). I don't mean any offense to anyone when I say this.
The bio seemed like a joke, much more basic than their usual questions.
What do you usually get on the other tests?

I never did QR on any of them lol, but I score 23+ on everything else except RC(18-21).

I thought the bio was pretty tough also..and I spent about 5 minutes on one bio problem trying to figure out the difference btwn choices. It's..

All of the following are true of osmosis except:

C. solvent will spontaneously move from hypertonic environment to hypotonic environment

D. solvent will spontaneously move from area of high concentration to area of low concentration

isn't this the same sht?

Focus on the Subject test!!!
The final is just to boost your confidence. There are 2 finals on Kaplan online, the first one is harder than the second

Reread the second one.
Water moves TO high concentration.

It's really good that your taking this test very seriously, you and doc. I just took it yesterday and I would advice you to focus more on subject tests, but if time permits, also do the full lengths and see any problems you have difficulty with.

My tests chem and ochem was hard so just a warning. None of the practice tests I took came even close (but then again, each version is diff).

Te kaplans full length tests are on the easy side, you should be scoring mid 20's on those if you expect to score in the 20's on the actual DAT. The PAT is a joke, and the math is way easier. Gchem is ok orgo is too easy and so is bio.

He means the individual tests like Bio A etc.

You are gonna really rock this test, aren't you?

Iono man, the gchem is so time consuming on kap's tests..I spent about 45mins on that section alone. I just hope its not so bad on the real dat

i feel you...

so far, i've only done gchem & ochem subject tests, and man....they're so hard, makes me wanna cry. hahaha :scared:

some say the actual test is harder, some say it's not...we'll c in a week!

omg, then you are not alone hahaha. I spent the same amount of time as you. I think we spend as much time because of the calculation part, which on the real DAT i heard it already set up for us. The real DAT gchem should test us on the concept (not how to do the math).
So don't sweat it.
