Can somebody please explain where these numbers are coming from please? I understand everything with the equation manipulation, but don't understand how they are plugging in the numbers, specifically where they are adding 2. Thank you!!!

They're not adding 2, they're adding 2*4190. Order of operations says that the multiplication happens first.
