How exactly did you prepare each time, and for how long?

I did not like the Kaplan classes at all. The in class teacher was terrible and disorganized. Some of the videos were good (but u can easily find better ones on Khan academy). The books are pretty good, and using them in conjunction with TBR and EK, helped out a lot.
I am going to try out the TPR, now. I have read several blogs saying the classes, are more intensely structured, and the teachers do a better review of material. I know that was the case a few years ago, when my brother was teaching for them.
