Kaplan Physiology qbank?

I got the Kaplan Qbank Plus and I'm trying to get thru the physiology qbank... they're hard as heck, but I'm not sure if my time is best spent on doing these questions based on what other people have said.

Have you guys noticed the amount of physio question is very small on usmlerx and kaplan (their regular step1 qbank, not the physio qbank)?? any advice for practicing physio material? thanks!
