kaplan Qbank app for the iPhone?

So I downloaded this a while back onto my i-phone and it doesn't appear to be working on my iPhone. And theres no q-bank app appearing in the app store. Does it work for anyone else/any suggestions?

I called them about this about a week ago - I have Android, but I imagine it's the same deal. The customer service rep said they were in the process of updating the app. If you log into the course portal online, it says it is "coming soon".
