I am using the Kaplan review notes to get a grasp of what I should know for the MCATs in terms of content. If I understand the content in the review notes, do I have what I need or does the MCAT have things that the review notes do not have.
they should be okay. however, if you really want to get a better review, EK will give you the major topics to consider. and remember, knowing the info is only 1/3 of the battle, you have to be used to mcat-style questions.
If you have the kaplan online course, I'd say that's sufficient
But if you're talking about just the lecture book, I'd get at least EK bio 1001 to practice
