The books are NOT MISSING ANY PAGES, or bent or anything of that nature. THere is HIGHLIGHTING of a few pages in most of the books, but nothing too much. THe set also comes with KAPLAN QBOOK ( 1100 questions)
IT is the 2007 set.

5)Pathology (useless..use goljan instead..in my opinion)

I also have the kaplan audio lecture that goes VERY well with the kaplan books
