Kaplan pays $15 for in-class and $7 for proctoring exams, training, or out-of-class prep time. You are allowed 3 hours of prep for one class session if you've never taught the lesson before, 1 hour of prep if you have previously taught the class.
The most important thing to note about Kaplan is that the pay is the same, no matter what you teach. As in, it takes me 30 minutes to prepare an SAT/ACT lesson from scratch, and if I've taught that lesson previously, I don't need to re-prep it at all. MCAT is a different story, so I just teach the lessons that I don't need to prepare for (like Verbal).
