my apologies for posting this here to everyone not going to KCOM, but i needed the exposure. 🙂
i am renting a 2 bedroom place with garage close to KCOM. it is 400 a month.
negatives: i have 2 cats, i want the garage, share a bathroom (but i am very neat)
positives: walking or biking distance from KCOM, very cheap, i think there should be ample storage space for "stuff"
obviously i would pay the greater amount due to garage. utilities we'll just split. i have photos and a map. please email me at [email protected] if you want to discuss more.
male or female...but no slobs. 😱 i am not going to be cleaning up after a roommate so you have to be a fairly neat person
