KCU-COM (KC) vs. LECOM waitlist (Erie) and maybe PCOM and Rowan

I currently accepted to KCU-COM (KC), but I am on the alternate list for LECOM Erie since January. I am also waiting to hear back still from PCOM and Rowan which are also top schools on my list, though I feel like they are a lost cause at this point in the cycle. I want to commit to KCU-COM but cheaper tuition from LECOM Erie is holding me back from fully commiting. I also about to commit to an apartment lease with a roommate for KCU-COM and unsure if I should go through with it. Distance from home isn't a big factor for me. Any advice appreciated!

KCUCOM
Pros:
located in city
H/P/F grading
non-mandatory lecture
Good vibe from visiting the school
full anatomy cadavers
solid rotations and curriculum

Cons:
far from home
higher tuition

LECOM
Pros:
located in city
cheaper tuition
solid rotations and curriculum

Cons:
mandatory lecture
pre-dissected cadavers
dress code (not a big deal)
flat letter grading
heard horror stories about administration and bad experiences there??
may not get off the waitlist or get off very late

Should I hold out for LECOM or commit to KCU? Please lmk if I missed anything?

People have really liked KCU. See this detailed post by a student:

Living with a roommate can pose its own problems, so you could look for a different housing situation.

I'm with the cheaper tuition. You can save yourself from debt. LECOM is recognized, you are becoming a doctor, why go through so much debt. LECOM all the way. GOOD LUCK
