I know both are good, well-established schools, but curriculum is somewhat different as OU-HCOM has a flipped classroom and not exactly system based as KCU is.

Any feedback on curriculum, research availability, rotations, competitive residency match on these two highly appreciated. Would love to stay local as an OH resident but have not liked flipped class in past, plus it is mandatory attendance and confused on non-system based curriculum for OU-HCOM.

OU is a great state school with a lot more funding and resources. If I’m not mistaken likely cheaper tuition than KCU especially as an in-state student. While I don’t know what their flipped classroom looks like, I’d recommend giving it pretty good consideration before deciding to move across statelines. Chances are you will get a great education at either school, but you have to weigh in other pros and cons.
