keeping weights off first year?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'm so sorry that this is happening to OP.

(1) cook your own food, so you know how much calories you are taking in
(2) eat lots of fruits - they make you feel full (i.c. oranges, watermelon, grapes)
(3) walk whenever possible - walk to class, take the stairs, take bigger steps, walk in faster pace
(4) have a mirror with you - whenever you feel like eating just for the sake of eating (i.c. when you are not hungry, but just want to eat), take a good look at your fats, that will kill your appetite.
(5) keep a log of your weight - this will tell you if your diet is causing you to lose, gain, or maintain weight.

good luck and let us know how you are doing.

cold water's believed to be ideal by most folks

firstly heating it up requires energy like everyone said

the other thing is that drinking more produces more urine

consequently you have to spend more energy reabsorbing useful **** out of your nephrons

in this sense drinking warm water helps too, but cold water's better
