Just wondering what are the pros and cons of each school and which curriculum do you all think is better

Depends on your goals and interests. If you want to do rural primary care, pick KYCOM. If you want to match preferentially in the north east, pick LECOM. If you don’t learn well from textbooks, avoid the LECOM campuses that exclusively offer PBL
