My college separates out the lab courses and I'm already behind in the lab sequence by a year due to my double major. I'm planning on taking gen chem lab and orgo lab over the summer. I have taken the corresponding lecture courses for both and received As. How would it look taking the lab courses at the college in my hometown (its a large flagship state school).

Would it also be fine if I took bio lab as well or would that be a red flag for some reason? I don't really need to take bio lab over the summer, but it would def clear up a lot of space in my schedule during the semester. I'm not doing anything else this upcoming summer.

Thanks!

Fr? It seemed like all of my friends that I talked to went to schools where lab courses were coreqs, so they got them all done right away.
I'd be fine with taking all three? There may be three summer sessions, so I can probably take them separately if needed.

At my school lab classes were taken separately. It really depends on the school. It might be a lot of work to take all three but I don't think adcoms would look down on you for it!
