You've basically had an incomplete app until a few days ago when LOR 3 went up. I don't think your COMLEX (including the PE failure) are as big of a problem as that. Feel free to apply to more programs but since you only just now have a complete app (6 weeks after ERAS opened), that's a much bigger issue.

Yeah I think the problem was your incomplete app. You can also mention your retake of the PE.

I would contact the programs you're highly interested in to let them know that your app is now complete with the 3rd letter and tell them why you're specifically interested in the program.
