I made adjustments to the intro of my PS during my final look through of my TMDSAS app. I didn't realize the last few words of my PS were deleted until after submission. I understand I cannot make any changes and next time I need to restart my final review if I make any adjustments. My question is, am I screwed?
It's hard to answer. How many words were deleted? Did it change the overall scope of your essay? I think most admissions committees will be lenient if it's literally 1-2 words and understand that TMDSAS is difficult. However, you can't change it now. If a school e-mails you about your personal statement, feel free to offer to send the completed statement with the extra words added.

Sorry that this happened to you, and I hope the application cycle goes well.

If it was truly only a few words, then it probably won't make too much of an impact on your overall application. I interviewed at ~7 TMDSAS schools and my general feeling was that all but a couple of people had not put much effort into reading my essay and that my invites were more based on metrics.
