How would you rank the following programs?

Stony brook, LIJ, St. Luke's Roosevelt, Case Western, UF-Gainesville, USF, Penn State, NYMC, Beaumont, Winthrop.

Thanks.

I'd go for location. All of the NYC places you listed plus Penn State and Beaumont are solid but not research powerhouses. I don't know anything about the others

Stony=USF>Case Western>SLR>Penn

I don't know the others programs well enough to comment

For strength of program regardless of geography, Penn state > UF-Gaines > Beaumont > Case (if UH) > the NY programs are all roughly equivalent (none are "big 4/5")
