For students interviewing in Jan-Feb, will the adcoms ask for the latest GPA or Fall-2005 Transcripts to be sent?
My GPA actually fell a bit during the last sem and so was wondering if the adcoms will know about it.
Thanks for all the info and advice.

I would love to know the answer to this one also, so I am just refreshing it.

I got an interview offer from BU a couple of weeks ago (for a late January interview) and they asked me to bring a transcript or send it to them eventually.

I sent an end of semester grade report and up-dated spring registration. It will depend on what the school wants though.

It completely depends on the school. At one of the schools I interviewed at, the admissions office said that I could send an update if I wanted, but they would most likely not look at it -- they basically assess your candidacy on your posted AMCAS application. At another school where I was waitlisted, they said to send the updated Fall grades as soon as I could. The only time that is "for sure" that you will need to send an update is if you are accepted -- the school will require final official transcripts before matriculation. By that time, you're in and life is good.

I wouldn't worry too much about your last semester. It is not uncommon for students in the throes of the interview season to drop a little. If you haven't had any interviews yet, try to come up with a concise, truthful reason if asked, but don't dwell on it. Best of luck!
