Late interviews/ERAS downloading

Hi:

I wasn't able to schedule an interview at my top choice until the last day of interviewing. Some sources say this is better than not but it seems kind of awkward to be the last person they interview. Will this hurt me?

Also, some programs haven't downloaded my app. yet. They're deadline isn't for another couple weeks but I would have thought they would downloaded by now. Is anyone else having this problem? Should I email them to let them know its there?
