Latest MCAT?

Hey guys I am retaking the MCAT tomorrow. I wanted to know if schools look at your 1st score or the "latest score." I'm curious because I got a 29O from the January MCAT (8V 10PS 11BS). What if for example on tomorrow's MCAT I get a 30 - I do better on sciences but drop by a point in verbal. How are MCAT scores weighed/looked at? Thanks.
