Latest time to submit OptomCAS

I'm taking my OAT in the middle of September, but was going to submit my OptomCAS after taking the exam. So hopefully by the end of September, everything will be turned in. Is this too late?
I feel like I'm a bit behind compared to everyone else

You are perfectly fine turning it in during September, it won't affect your chances. Late would be into January. Good luck!
