Lead gloves

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
what procedure would you use them for?

Not something in specific, just in general

When previously discussed, consensus was don’t use them - just keep your hands out of the fluoro beam. If you do use them and have your hand in the beam, you just end up increasing your exposure because the machine cranks up the power to try to penetrate the gloves.

Agree with above. I tried them in the past, and with the thickness there was a loss of tactile sensation and loss of dexterity/ability to manipulate ( I tried it with SCS)
