I would say it can be valuable to have on your application, depending on the circumstances. If you just worked there for a few months and quit, I might not include it. If you worked there for quite a while (like at least six months or a year), it shows commitment. Also, the high pressure environment and customer service aspects do overlap quite a bit with the skills you need to become a successful dentist. For example, building customer relationships (I assume you have quite a few regulars) translates into building patient relationships. Also, dealing with difficult customers (e.g., creepy men who may cross the line) translates into dealing with unpleasant patients (you can't always avoid them as a dentist). From what I know, customer care is a large part of the training that Hooters provides upon hiring, and that is a plus.
If you are an otherwise great candidate, and a close-minded adcom doesn't want you just because of your Hooters Girl past, then that is their loss. You probably won't be happy being around people who will judge you negatively for that anyways.
