VCOM (Virginia) vs. LECOM (Seton Hill)

I'm trying to understand the pros and cons of the above mentioned schools
Help me decide between these 🙏

LECOM has some super strict rules regarding dress code, having water/food in the classrooms, etc. Might want to look those rules up.
