Does legacy "count" from undergrad to med school? My father graduated from UVa (BS), they are big on legacy i hear, but do they consider undergrad graduations on admissions to a med school?

A school I visited is very big on kids of MD graduates.... I'm not so sure how it works with undergrad alumni...

several of the students at Jefferson were alumni's kids.... my interviewer was 3rd generation...
