Length of residencies...

I was just wondering, after graduating from med-school, what is the length of a psychiatry residency and an internal medicine residency?

I'm not sure about pysch, but internal medicine is a 3 year residency.

You can go to www.medschool.com, visit the student community site, and look under "specialty profile" to look at the specialty you're interested in. It's very informative. After you click on the psychiatry specialty, click on frequently asked questions to read up about it. Have fun reading!

BTW: Psychiatry is 3 years after a Prelim Year (4 total)
