length of statement

I have a few questions about my personal statement. I have Works on my computer and it does not give a character count, but rather a word count. Could anyone give me a rough estimate as to how many pages the statement comes out to be with 3000 characters? (1 page, 1.5 pages...)

Also, what size font to use? can we use 10 point or do we have to stick to 12? Thanks

I dont remember the number of pages but it came to exactly 500 words or maybe something like 498. They want EXACTLY 3000 characters and if yours even goes over by one they wont allow you to submit the PS. Mine was definately less than a page, perhaps 3/4, single spaced, size 10 font, 500 words, and 3000 characters. Good luck!
