Letter from a prof I TA'd for: Academic or Non-academic

I'm getting a little nervous that my non-academic writers won't come through. Could I count the letter from a professor I TA'd for as non-academic? She had me in class prior to me being a TA, but the TA relationship was more professional than academic.

No, its academic. You have at least 6 weeks before letters are even possibly needed; more like 10-12 weeks
