Letter from Denver after interview?

Hey, guys,
I just finished an interview with Denver...and I got a letter by the PD afterwards saying that they won't call before the rank day, and that they hope I will rank them high....Did any of you get the same letter???

I got the same one last year - I think they send it to most, if not all, the applicants that they interview.

They send it to everyone. They are very strong proponents of the no prematch contact philosophy. They used to send nothing but have settled on this letter as an alternative since many good candidates thought they were being blown off by the lack of contact before the match. In fact, when I matched there I called them prior to the match and asked what the deal was since I had other programs calling me and paging me all the time but I hadn't heard a thing from Denver(my first choice at the time). They basically said, "No comment"
