Letter from UCSD

Did anyone receive a letter from the program director at UCSD after the interview stating their interest in you??? Curious...

yes...it sounded generic to me though. "We were very impressed...hope you will consider us..." Plus, it was typed.
From other programs they have either been handwritten cards or personal emails. But who knows...they do rank half of those they interview so maybe half get the letter? and maybe the ones they really want have more personal comments in their letter, but not me!
