I just got a letter snailmail from usc. Anyone else get one and know what it's about? I just left town for a week and my mom called me about it. I was wondering if it's importat or if I should have her read it to me.

Yea I got one today, too. It was just restating what they already sent in an email weeks ago: thanks for your application here's a website to check your status yada yada. I got all excited for nothing. 🙄

status checks will be available online in few weeks...
no secondary...no phone and personal counseling...please make sure following has been completed:
---contacted the ADA to send copy of you DAT directly to AADSAS(DAT B4 1/1/08 is no good)
---fees
---LOR from AADSAS


That is it...

Do we need to request DAT from ADA? Or DENTPIN will be enough?😕

When did you guys e-submit and/or have your app mailed out? I just want a timeline reference as I haven't gotten anything yet.

I got the same letter yesterday as well. To say the least, I felt a little nervous while opening the envelope.

My mailing date was 7/9. I don't think it was complete with my lors until 7/30.

Are you sure ?? I thought your score automatically goes to ADDSAS as long as you have one of the 52 schools in your request list.

I haven't received that letter yet. How long after you guys submitted the app that the letter came? I also sent my check about 2 weeks ago and it was cashed about 2 weeks ago, yet my status still states "fee unpaid"

My only question is did they send it out to EVERYONE who has submitted an AADSAS.

OR

Only to people whose Apps are COMPLETE and UNDER REVIEW?

My guess is it's to everyone because I just took my DAT on Thursday so they clearly don't have that yet. Good luck! 👍
