letter of evaluation matching form

Hey everyone,

I'm planning to ask my prof to write me Rec letters but as far as I know i need to get that matching form. since Adsas application is not open yet does anyone has taht matching form in pdf file taht i could dl it. or do i have to wait till adsas opens up?

The matching form has a barcode on it that's specific to you, so you have to wait.

have your professor submit it electronically ...it's much quicker

yes you can print forms when the app opens. but, last year they started email submissions.....easier and faster. all of my recommenders so far prefer that (no papers/mailing to deal with).
