Letter of recommendation and interfolio

I plan on applying 2017 and since the application isn't open yet should I use interfolio for my letter of recommendation or is there another website that does the same thing. Also, if i purhase interfolio for 20 dollars for the year does interfolio charge you to send letters and if so how much per letter?
Quick question:
I plan on getting my first letter from my biochem professor but i dont know her too well. I been to her office 3-4 times total throughout the semester. Should I ask through email or go to her office directly without a heads up?

I am on the same boat with the thread starter, applying to 2017 cycle. I have been out of school for a while and I am scrambling to find sources for LORs. Would you recommend Interfolio for LORs as I plan to use it for both AMCAS and AACOMAS? How would Adcom react to seeing LORs from a dossier service like Interfolio?

Interfolio all the way!!! Way worth the 20 bucks. i think it is like 6 bucks for any delivery-you'll just need to send the letters once to amcas so definitely worth the <30 bucks. guarantees that it is confidential and they are prompt shipping letters out
