Hi,

Can someone comment on how this would look on me.
I know a lot of people have mentioned that LOR from TA are generally weak (and maybe even inappropriate) in place of a letter from the faculty/prof.
However, I'm including this letter in addition to the ones required by the school. So if anything this is more of an "extra" letter, say, on top of the...say 2 science letters, 1 physician letter, and 1 volunteer letter the school asks for.

It is a TA i know very well and can write me a very nice letter...
any insight would be great!

The TA should get the professor who taught the course to co-sign. This adds strength to the letter and is commonly done.
