Letter of Recommendation submission

I currently have 3 LOR, 1 science, 1 non-science, and a dentist I shadowed. My 4th letter is supposed to come from another science professor but he said to contact him in mid July because he's very busy now (I asked him in early May). Can I submit my application with the 3 letters I have now and just add him later or do all 4 emails have to be added before I submit? I don't want to add his email until I have full confirmation he'll do it.
 
Yes, the AADSAS will mail your application to each school whether they recived the LORs or not. However, the school will not review your application until they recieve all the LORs. So I would recommend submit the LORs that you have right now, and submit the other letter when you recieve it

so I can submit without adding his email and then add it later on in July?

I am in the same situation right now. I have 3 LORs, the last one will be coming in July. Can I submit now and add him in later? Or do I need his email and everything added in before I submit? Help appreciated.
 
Yes you can add his email after you submit. You should submit now so everything is in, transcripts, grades calculated, LOEs. Once he has your letter ready, just put his email addy and information in the LOE portion and AADSAS will send him an email with instructions how to upload. From the LOE instructions:

"Evaluators

You may make revisions to this section any time during the application process. After February 15, 2012 submit all changes directly to your designated dental schools."

I was wondering the same thing and contacted AADSAS and they informed me that you cannot edit or delete info once the forms have been submitted. I know that it says you can edit the info in the Evaluator section but when you go to e-submit it warns you and gives you a list of things that you are able to edit after the submittal and the Evaluators section is not under that.
