I haven't really gotten to know anyone personally. I was wondering would it be weird to have all my recommendations from my junior year (my upcoming year)?

Nope, not at all. My 2 science LORs are all from my junior year. As long as you cover the LOR requirements for each school (which is usually 2 science, 1 non-science, 1 dentist), you're good to go!
