Letters of Evaluation

So far I have 4 letters of evaluation with the status of "completed" on my aadsas application. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not it possible to switch one of the letters already uploaded with a completely new one. I just received a 5th letter from anther evaluator and am hoping to switch one already uploaded with this new one. Has anyone had experience with this?

The best you can do is check if any of the schools you're applying to will allow you to send an extra letter directly to them. I think VCU does this.

I actually didn't esubmit yet and it took a 3rd call to AADSAS to resolve this situation. Although the status of the letters were titled "completed," they were able to open that file to allow me to delete and I am now able to delete and replace that letter. If anyone else faces this issue, make sure to call AADSAS.
