I'm writing up a letter of interest for a few schools now. To whom do I address them? Director of Admissions, Co-Chairs of admissions, the Admissions Committee...

i was thinking about going with the Director of admissions, and Cc'ing the admssions committee

Mail to:
Mr. IceMan0824
c/o Admission Office
3400 N. Charles St.
Baltimore, Garyland 21218

Don't forget to wrap the letter in inconspicuous $100 bills before you seal it in an envelope.

Why not just write it to the Admission Commitee and c/o the Director of Admission and your interviewer.

I titled mine. "To Whom it may concern". I think that should about cover it; anything from Mr. Dean to Mr. Trash-Can

Depends on the institution. At some schools, you know exactly who to address. Other schools, it could be in committee in which case I have used "Dear Admissions". Do you have any correspondence from the school? ie: your file is complete, interview invite, etc.? I would respond to whomever wrote that.
