letters of rec from interfolio

If I used interfolio for all my letters of rec, do I need to upload it to my AACOMAS application or does it connect on its own?

Or do we send each individual letter to each school?

I understand the AAMC application where we pick and choose, but not sure about the AACOMAS application.

It's my understanding that when you use interfolio, you have the LOR writer send/upload the letter to interfolio, then from interfolio you select schools to send the letter(s) to, and they send them for like $5 a pop. Is that not correct?

It is absolutely correct.

And every single DO school accepts (and most prefer) LORs from Interfolio. It is a great service.
