Generally what is the the required amt of LORs MD schools reccomend. As of now I have 2 professors who will write me LOR's from biology classes.

The typical rule is two from science professors and a non science but each school is different so you really need to look up each school you apply to and see what each requires

Does your school offer a committee letter? Most schools recommend two science letters and one non science academic letter.
