Letters of recommendation

Hi, I finished dental school in my country +11 years ago but went to dental hygiene program for 2 years here in the states. I been out of touch with my dental school all these years so it will be almost impossible to get the electronic letters of recommendation. Would dental programs accept letters from DH directors and professors and also from dentists I been working with for years instead? Any insights will help. Thank u
