Hey everyone!

Just a quick question. I'm a Canadian student applying to US schools this coming cycle. How do I send in my LOR's? Should I get my professors to send them to an interfolio account and send my LORs out from there? Or does AADSAS require we send it to them directly? Just a little confused!! My professor is asking the details of what she needs to do to get the letter in and I don't want to give her the wrong information.

Thank you!

When you filing your application, AADSAS will ask if you would like to send the writers a link to send in their LoR via internet, or have the writers send by mail.
AADSAS application does not open until June 2016.

Once you can access the application, you can enter their emails and they will get an email about making an account to upload their LOR. If you want to do it early, you can use Interfolio but at this point, with the application opening up in less than a month, I would just wait and have them upload it directly to AADSAS.

So once AADSAS receives the letters, do they send it out automatically to the schools? I haven't ever used AADSAS so I'm not sure exactly how the system works. Is there just one general application that they send out to the schools you choose? Or do you create separate applications for each school? And can I choose which LOR's I want to send to which school? For instance, lets say that I have 4 LORs but I decide I only want to include 3 of them in my application for the school... Can I do that?

No. They will go to all of the schools. The whole application gets sent to every school
