Whoever you think would write you the best letter of rec. go with someone you think knows you the best for sure

all it matters is that whoever you pick as your letter of recommendation provider fits in a criteria that the dpt program requires, otherwise, you need to find a provider of the reference who really likes you and wants you to be come a pt. ptcas has a pdf with the survey of what references have to fill out on behalf of the dpt applicant.

Someone who knows you well and can attest to your work ethic is the ideal person you want to write you a rec letter. It doesn't matter which class they taught.
