Licensing exam prep course

Hey
I am an orthodontist with a MS degree from the US with a dental degree from a non accredited dental school, looking to take the Western regional licensing exam in May (WREB). I have been blissfully away from general dentistry for 5 years during my ortho training. I was wondering if anyone knows of any preparatory courses for any one of the regional licensing board exams , esp the WREB, Thanks
