This is a rough list of schools, time it takes to hear back about interview invites/holds/rejections, and the methods they use to contact you. I gathered this data from searching through the threads. Perhaps I'm an outlier..

KCUMB: 2 days, email.
NSU: 4 weeks and 1 day, email.
AZCOM: don't remember. Didn't get an interview email, saw my status change, scheduled interview, and still haven't gotten any emails from them since being complete
DMU: 2 weeks, email.

Based on AZCOM's thread, people have heard back in as little as 4 business days and as long as over a month. I think it's highly dependent on stats and when the applicant is "complete" in the cycle.
