I've been told to list research grants if I receive them. What about travel grants to conferences (registration, hotel, flight, food, etc.)? It's something that I had to apply and ostensibly compete for at my school. Is that worth putting on a CV?

Thanks!

If this is a competitive grant (e.g. you applied for it and maybe even needed to write an essay for it), then put this on. I believe it counts as "award" on AMCAS.

If it's compensation from your department or PI, I wouldn't include that on CV.

I applied for it. It's a grant split between the honors college, my department, the college of science, and the department of undergraduate studies. I don't have to write an essay, just prove to them that I've been invited to present at a conference.
