Does AADSAS have a way to distinguish which courses have labs and which courses are just lectures?

Other than the name, it doesn't look like it. Just list it as normal.

I'm really confused about this as well. For example, I took Advanced Botany and Microbio and both had labs but under my transcript only one grade was given?

If the class is a joint lab/lecture, you just list the class on your transcript. If it had a seperate lab for credit, but you didn't receive a grade for the lab (i.e. the lab shows up on your transcript as a 0 hour credit, and you got no grade for it because it was factored into the lecture), then you list the lab as a 0 credit hour class and put No Grade. For example, my Microbiology was listed as one class, but it had a lab:

General Microbiology- BIOL 3200- A - 4.00 Credits

Freshman biology where the lab was listed separately:

Principles of Biology - BIOL 1020- A- 4.00 Credits
Principles of Bio Lab- BIOL 1021- NG- 0 Credits
