Listing your LORs

All my secondaries are asking me to list whom I foresee turning in LORs on my behalf. Would it be okay if it turned out that I didn't get a LOR from the person I thought I would get one from...and instead, someone else sends in the LOR?
is that considered lying on your application?

I would go ahead and do that... and then email or call them later to "change" who you are getting a lor from. It shouldn't be a problem. Just explain why your original reference couldn't be used.

My husband listed one DO as a LOR writer but ended up using a different one. He just e-mailed each school and told them to expect the LOR from another DO instead. He didn't have any problems.
