Do neurologists still use lithium for anything? Like epilepsy?

Not epilepsy. Occasionally cluster headache.
 
I knew an MS attending that liked to use very low doses if Li+ with high dose steroids to prevent psychosis/agitation etc.. and other psychiatric side effects for patients particularly susceptible. I never tried it, but he swore by it.
