So I am set paying for undergrad with loans at a University. while attending this school I want to take a few courses at a community college. Do I talk to my university for additional loan money for this school or do I borrow from the community college directly I didn't include this community college in this year's fafsa BTW.

You generally get the money from your undergrad school. Talk with the financial aid department at both schools to make 100% sure this applies, however. You're far from the first to pursue this course of action, they'll know exactly what you need to do.

I tried getting financial aid from a community college while I was at my original university, turns out you must have a proof of your fafsa and you have to be considered a full time student at the community college - I don't think they will allow giving you financial aid if you attend two institutions, especially if you are at a university and are deeming to receive anything from the community college.

But, you definitely should contact the community colleges financial aid office and talk about it.
